What if I fall? Oh but darling, what if you fly?

I've hesitated to publish my content for fear of failure and judgement. It is time to move beyond that fear and just go for it.

#Creativity - foresight and hindsight

I painted this #painting in March 2020. It was the first time I had painted in a year and it was the first time I challenged myself to paint only in black and white. At the time, this painting represented my mood and my want for self-evolution and freedom.

Never could I have imagined the significance of the timing and sentiment of this painting. March 17, 2020, we went into lock-down due to #COVID-19.

The sense of freedom this painting evokes for me is tremendous and even more poignant now. It represents a freedom we once had, lost and grieved, and hope to return to again.
